Job summary

Samsara Inc. is seeking a Senior People Partner to support key segments across Go-To-Market and Sales. You will partner with executive leadership to align talent with business outcomes and drive high-impact talent programs in a fast-moving environment.

This role is open to candidates in the US or Canada. We encourage growth, continuous learning, and a flexible remote model with quarterly travel for leadership meetings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of People Partnering experience.
• Experience partnering with go-to-market teams (sales, CS) or broader People programs.
• Learning oriented with experience leveraging AI to automate routine tasks.
• Excellent analytical capability, attention to detail, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Strategic Thought Partner to sales and GTM leaders, aligning talent priorities with business outcomes.
• Diagnose team, manager, and organizational needs and propose business-aligned solutions.
• Drive talent programs, compensation/reward, and retention strategies in high-volume GTM settings.
• Collaborate with Regional People Partners, Program Managers, and COEs to deliver scalable solutions.
• Embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across offices.
• Travel roughly once per quarter for leadership offsites and strategy meetings.
