Job summary

GolfBC is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee payroll for approximately 800 team members across golf and hospitality divisions. The role includes bi-weekly and semi-monthly cycles, seasonal volume, and coordination of onboarding/offboarding for ~700 seasonal staff.

Based at our Vancouver head office, the position is fixed-term (20 months) with a hybrid work model. The successful candidate will drive ADP Workforce Now migration, supervise the Payroll Administrator, ensure CRA

Qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll for hourly and salaried Team Members with multiple pay schedules.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding payroll for seasonal staff.
• Lead ADP Workforce Now implementation, data validation and testing.
• Prepare labour cost and headcount analyses.
