Trulioo invites you to join as a Senior Partner Success Manager responsible for end-to-end management of reseller partner relationships in North America. You will own the full lifecycle, drive revenue growth, enable partner sales teams on Trulioo’s KYC, KYB, and AML solutions, and collaborate across Technical Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Support to ensure partner success.

Qualifications

• Experience managing partner or vendor relationships at scale.
• Ability to drive revenue growth through partner programs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the partner relationship end to end for a portfolio of reseller partners in North America.
• Own a net-new growth target and expand Trulioo revenue across partners.
• Build, review, and progress partner pipeline; run regular pipeline reviews and forecast.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing sales enablement for partner reps on Trulioo solutions.
• Co-sell with partners to advance opportunities and close deals.
• Upsell into existing base; identify expansion opportunities for Trulioo products.
• Lead QBRs and executive business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Support to ensure partner success.
