Trulioo, a leader in digital identity verification, seeks a North America Regulatory Consultant to oversee AML, BSA, KYC/KYB, and related financial-crimes compliance for banks, fintechs and crypto firms. You will bridge regulatory expectations with product development and AI-driven workflows.

The role leverages collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Risk teams to drive scalable governance and responsible AI use, with options for remote Canada/US and hybrid in Vancouver or San Diego.

Qualifications

• Experience in AML, financial crimes compliance, or related regulated industries.
• Ability to translate regulations into practical product guidance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the SME on North American AML, BSA, KYC, KYB, sanctions, and related regulations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and AI teams to align solutions with regulatory expectations.
• Advise on onboarding, customer risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, and due diligence.
• Prepare regulatory briefings, market intelligence, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Support development of governance processes and regulatory change management.
