Job summary

Trulioo Information Services Inc. is hiring a Senior Partner Success Manager to own all aspects of partner relationships in North America, driving growth and enabling partners to sell Trulioo’s identity solutions.

This role requires coordinating with Technical Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Support, with a focus on growth, enablement, and successful co-selling. It emphasizes remote work from North America and prioritizes U.S.-based applicants.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partner success, channel/account management, or related sales roles.
• Proven track record of growing a partner portfolio and hitting revenue targets.
• Experience with full account management motions: pipeline, reviews, enablement, and upsell.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner relationship end to end as the primary account manager for reseller partners.
• Drive year-over-year revenue growth across your portfolio and expansion targets.
• Build, review, and progress Trulioo pipeline with partners; run regular reviews.
