Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a Senior Paid Social Strategist (Meta) based in Canada for a fully remote, fast-paced environment. You will own Meta strategy and execution across multiple accounts, working directly in Ads Manager daily.

Responsibilities include campaign architecture, budget management, testing, tracking, optimization, and scaling to meet ROAS, CPA, and MER targets. You will lead client-facing strategy, mentor junior team members, and uphold a high-quality standard across paid social

• Senior paid media expert with hands-on Meta experience.
• Proven track record of building and optimizing campaigns.

This is a hands-on senior paid media role focused on driving profitable growth for premium and luxury direct-to-consumer brands.

• You will own Meta strategy and execution across multiple accounts, working directly in Ads Manager every day.
• Your responsibilities will span campaign architecture, budget management, creative testing, tracking, optimization, and scaling.
• You will manage significant monthly media budgets while making data-informed decisions against ROAS, CPA, and MER targets.
• The role combines deep platform expertise with client-facing strategic leadership and the ability to confidently defend recommendations.
• You will also mentor junior team members and help maintain a high quality bar across paid social execution.
