Qualifications
- 15+ years supporting OT and industrial automation in heavy industries.
- Experience with DCS/PLC/SCADA, HMI, SIS, and industrial networking.
- Proven ability to design, upgrade, and secure OT control systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, implementation, and enhancement of OT and industrial control solutions.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot DCS/PLC/HMI/SIS systems and asset monitoring.
- Develop control strategies, system configs, and automation standards.
- Design and support industrial networks with cybersecurity compliance.
- Plan upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, and modernization.
- Monitor health, troubleshoot issues, and provide advanced support.
- Lead commissioning, startup, testing, and validation of control systems.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, cybersecurity, and vendors.
- Support process safety, risk assessments, and change management; maintain docs.
