Job summary

Recruiting In Motion - Eastern Ontario is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a highly automated, 24/7 manufacturing operation in Saint John, NB. This leadership role focuses on steering the maintenance function, improving equipment reliability and partnering closely with operations.

You should hold a Bachelor's in Engineering with 5+ years in industrial manufacturing, and a P.Eng is strongly preferred. Relocation is available to support the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience required.
• P.Eng strongly preferred.
• Maintenance, reliability or asset management experience beneficial.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's maintenance function and team.
• Oversee asset reliability and preventative maintenance programs.
• Support plant shutdowns and turnarounds.
• Drive safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations and supply chain.
• Identify and implement equipment/process improvements.
