This is a senior, consulting role helping organizations realize strategic value from Oracle HCM Cloud, guiding executives and shaping future-state operating models.

You will lead multi-workstream transformation, contribute to presales and business development, mentor delivery teams, and work remotely with occasional on-site travel, up to 25% in the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience and architecture leadership.
• Experience guiding executive discussions on transformation and business strategy.
• Proven ability to connect technology with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading global or complex enterprise transformations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to executives during Oracle HCM Cloud transformation initiatives.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand objectives, risks, and priorities.
• Define future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Provide architectural leadership across multiple workstreams and programs.
• Mentor Solution Architects and delivery teams on design and governance.
• Lead strategic presales engagements and client strategy sessions.
