Job summary

ArcLight Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Consultant to join our Customer Success / Managed Services team. This role owns one or more Oracle HCM Cloud workstreams, leads complex troubleshooting, designs enhancements, and serves as a trusted advisor to clients.

The Senior Consultant provides advanced functional expertise, mentors junior team members, drives continuous improvement, collaborates on integrations, and delivers end-user training while communicating project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting or HRIS experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Deep expertise in Workforce Management: Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence
• Strong understanding of HR processes and cross‑module dependencies.
• Proven ability to lead client discussions, design solutions, and manage complex issues independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional expert for assigned Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Lead the resolution of complex functional and technical issues, including root cause analysis and cross‑module troubleshooting.
• Design, test, and document advanced system changes, enhancements, and reports.
• Oversee quarterly updates, regression testing, and release impact assessments.
• Manage and troubleshoot system integrations, collaborating with technical teams.
• Lead client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.
• Provide end‑user training and create high‑quality support documentation.
• Mentor and review the work of Consultants and junior team members.
