KTek Resourcing LLC seeks a Senior Oracle Cloud SCM Program Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations in the Greater Toronto Area, acting as the primary liaison among business stakeholders, system integrators, and technology teams.

You will drive process transformation, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and executive communications while coordinating cross-functional teams and running design workshops. Hybrid onsite/offshore delivery is expected.

Formación

• 12+ years ERP delivery experience.
• 8+ years leading Oracle SCM implementations.
• Hands-on with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules: Procurement, Inventory, Product Management, Supply Planning, Order Management, Logistics, Manufacturing.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with distributed onsite/offshore delivery teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM programs from initiation through hypercare.
• Drive business process transformation and adoption of Oracle Cloud SCM best practices.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Coordinate business, IT, SI partners, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate design workshops, solution reviews, and executive steering committees.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and Oracle Cloud capabilities.
• Oversee integration planning with ERP, EPM, HR, and third-party applications.
• Develop and monitor program governance, RAID logs, and KPI dashboards.
• Support organizational change management and deployment planning.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud SCM Program Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations and transformation initiatives. The candidate will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, system integrators, and technology teams, ensuring successful delivery of Oracle Cloud SCM capabilities across Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Manufacturing, Planning, and related integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM programs from initiation through hypercare.
• Drive business process transformation and adoption of Oracle Cloud SCM best practices.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Coordinate business, IT, SI partners, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate design workshops, solution reviews, and executive steering committees.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and Oracle Cloud capabilities.

Required Experience

• 12+ years of ERP delivery experience.

• Manufacturing

• Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
• Experience working with distributed onsite/offshore delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
• Utility industry experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP-to-Oracle or Oracle transformation programs.
