Job summary

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in PMO/PCO roles supporting large ERP implementations.
Strong experience managing Oracle ERP Cloud transformation and consolidation programs.
Proficiency with PM tools and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Oracle ERP Cloud consolidation, transformation, and integration programs across regions.
Drive project governance, planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate deployment, consolidation, and post-implementation activities across Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and executive status reporting.
Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.
Monitor project financials, resource allocations, budgets, and timelines.
Facilitate steering committee meetings, workshops, and executive presentations.
Ensure compliance with PMO standards, change management, and ERP governance frameworks.
Support data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
Track risks, issues, assumptions, and corrective actions.
Drive business process harmonization across global ERP transformations.
Ensure alignment among stakeholders and leadership.
