Jobgether SRL, listed as a partner-based opportunity in Canada, seeks a Senior Principal Consultant for Oracle Cloud SCM who will lead managed services and optimization across Fusion Cloud and EBS SCM. You will translate business needs into functional solutions, guide quarterly upgrade impact assessments, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

• Senior Oracle SCM consultant with extensive experience in enterprise supply chain applications and managed services.
• Strong functional knowledge with analytical problem solving and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead application support, configuration, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS SCM.
• Provide functional expertise across Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Procurement, Manufacturing, ASCP/Planning, PIM, and Cost Management.
• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and functional solution design.
• Resolve production incidents, service requests, and defects within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot complex functional and integration issues with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support on production issues and escalations.
• Review quarterly updates and assess impacts, opportunities for optimization including Redwood UI adoption and AI capabilities.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, SOPs, and user training materials.
• Conduct customer demonstrations, workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities.
