Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment, consolidation, and post-implementation activities across Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and executive status reporting.
• Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project financials, resource allocations, budgets, and timelines.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, workshops, and executive presentations.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Oracle Fusion ERP programs, project governance, financials, risks, schedules, stakeholder communication, and ERP transformation initiatives. Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or PCO roles supporting large-scale ERP implementations.
• Strong experience managing Oracle ERP Cloud transformation and consolidation programs.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including:

• Strong experience with project governance, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Deep understanding of ERP consolidation, data migration, business process harmonization, and system integration.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Clarity.
• Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and consolidation.
• Experience managing global ERP transformation programs.
• Knowledge of change management and organizational readiness practices.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide ERP modernization and transformation initiatives.
