Fresh Start Foods, based in Milton, Ontario, is recruiting for a Full-Time Director of Operations. The role oversees daily warehouse and transportation activities, enforces policies, and participates in the Senior Leadership Team.

You will develop processes to maximize safety, quality, and productivity while guiding a dedicated team. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with a salary between CAD 100,000 and CAD 120,000 per year, plus bonuses and allowances.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others and build relationships.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource and servant leader to create an environment that fosters achievement and teamwork.
• Hire, train, mentor, monitor performance, and cooperate with HR on disciplinary actions when needed.
• Develop and nurture future warehouse/transportation leaders with senior leadership.
• Ensure adherence to company values and procedures across the department.
• Oversee accuracy of order shipment, transport, inventory, quality, and safety standards.
