You will hire, mentor and evaluate management staff, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and drive data‑driven improvements across supply chains.

This full‑time role offers annual salary 100,000–120,000 CAD plus bonuses and an inclusive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and build strong relationships.
• Excellent time management and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize warehouse, production, and distribution operations.
• Hire, train, and evaluate management staff.

• Collaborate with supervisors and other heads to improve policies.
