Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd. in Milton, ON, is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to support the sales team and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

The role reports to the Customer Service Manager and focuses on timely order processing and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

Fresh Start Foods is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Milton.

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours.

Location: Milton, ON

Salary: 40k to 50k

Description of Role: Reporting to the Customer Service Manager the position of Customer Service Representative has overall responsibility for leadership of all sales related activities within their assigned duties. Along with the rest of the members of the Sales team, is responsible for the overall delivery of Customer quality and service experiences.

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

• Taking all customer orders by phone, email or fax
• Data entry, including order processing and other daily procedures
• Associated paperwork for all orders
• Managing all customer inquiries and providing prompt responses
• Managing a multi line phone system
• Other customer service duties as assigned

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Strong data entry skills
• Strong computer skills – working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Customer service experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• High level of detail and accuracy while working under specific deadlines
