Job summary

Aecon Nuclear is seeking a Senior Scheduler for the Darlington New Nuclear Project to support validation, design, procurement, and site preparation activities in the nuclear sector.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Project Controls, you will develop and maintain complex, resource-loaded schedules, lead schedule meetings, and ensure timely status reporting to both client and internal teams. The role requires nuclear export controls compliance and strong Excel/P6 skills.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex construction and engineering resource-loaded schedules to meet project requirements.
• Lead meetings focused on schedule progress and updates with stakeholders.
• Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk assessment; propose recovery actions.
• Enter daily/weekly progress into the schedule and maintain baselines.
• Create lookahead reports and dashboards; ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Support Earned Value Management KPIs and baseline management.
• Ensure schedule quality and alignment with contract requirements.
