Job summary

Kinectrics Inc. in Toronto is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex nuclear projects from opportunity development through delivery. You will manage cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and field services, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget performance.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in related projects, with strong contract management, negotiation, and risk management skills. A P.Eng.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressively responsible experience managing engineering, manufacturing, nuclear equipment, tooling, parts supply, or field services projects.
• Proven track record delivering large and complex multi-million-dollar projects within the nuclear industry, heavy industrial sector, power generation, or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, project controls, scheduling, earned value concepts, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large, complex nuclear projects, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead multi-million-dollar projects and programs through the full lifecycle.
• Serve as primary interface with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and field services.
• Lead procurement and supplier performance activities, including qualification and delivery coordination.
• Drive robust project controls with schedule, cost, scope, risks, and KPIs reporting.
• Ensure compliance with quality programs, nuclear safety culture, regulatory obligations, and industry codes.
