Job summary

Semtech is seeking a Principal NPI Test Engineer to be the technical authority for new product introduction test development in a mixed-signal portfolio. You will architect comprehensive test solutions from early silicon validation through high-volume production, driving testability standards across the organization and delivering breakthrough methodologies for very high-speed products.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency with Advantest V93000 platform and SmarTest 7/8.
• Strong background in high-speed SerDes, SI, BER testing, and DFT techniques.
• Experience leading complex NPI test developments from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Architect test strategies for mixed-signal SiGe products from concept to production maturity.
• Lead development of test methodologies for high-speed SerDes and signal conditioning.
• Drive testability into IC architecture and establish company-wide standards.
