Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 5–7 years of experience in a networked systems environment with Linux, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex incident response across LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless environments.
• Develop monitoring dashboards, alerts, and automation to improve reliability and observability.
• Mentor Network Operations Specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in incident coordination during high-severity events and contribute to post-incident reviews.
