Job summary

Agropur is seeking a Senior Network Analyst in Longueuil to lead provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of network infrastructure across physical, virtual, and cloud environments. You will drive automation, participate in project delivery, and ensure ITIL-based processes are followed.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in large enterprise networking, strong Cisco IOS and SD-WAN experience, and bilingual French/English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology field required.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in large enterprise networking environments in a Network Administrator or Engineering role.
• Automation experience with Bash/shell or Python/Perl is an asset.
• Operational experience with Cisco IOS/Junos.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in network projects defining activity breakdown structures and cutover plans.
• Act as escalation point for major incidents and lead investigation and remediation.
• Mentor other team members and provide engineering expertise for platform integration.
• Develop and update test plans for new services and equipment deployments.
• Manage change processes and document operational procedures and KPI tracking.
• Oversee daily monitoring and backups and coordinate with partners.
