Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary projects across TBTE's diverse divisions while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. Apply strong technical, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with client requirements, regulatory standards, and company quality systems. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project teams while fostering effective collaboration across multiple Engineering disciplines.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong Project Management and coordination skills, supported by a degree in Engineering, Earth Science, Management, or a related discipline, with certification as a Project Management Professional (P.M.P) from the Project Management Institute or equivalent preferred. The role requires 10+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects, including experience leading diverse teams across multiple engineering disciplines. Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations. Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and regulatory requirements is essential, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality results while mentoring and developing team members.
This position is classified as full time. Rate of pay will be commensurate with related experience and qualifications ($85,280 per year +).
