Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience maintaining and repairing heavy earthmoving and mining equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems found in large mining machinery.
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and tools for modern heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a mining environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on heavy mining equipment, including hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide repair processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures efficiently and effectively.
