Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Canada is seeking a Senior Mining Aftermarket Solutions Representative to lead dealer relationships and grow aftermarket sales across the Oil Sands region.

You will design forecasts, assist in strategy rollout, and perform regular sales reviews with dealers while pursuing opportunities and strengthening customer relationships. Travel up to 50% is required; relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in aftermarket sales within mining or related industries.
• Ability to forecast, plan aftermarket strategy, and support rollout of new products.
• Strong dealer relationships and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of CAT business model and acting within guidance for sales variance programs and actions.
• Designing and assisting the dealer on forecast, aftermarket strategy planning, and sales techniques; supporting rollout of new products.
• Performing regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensuring corrective actions where needed.
• Leading the selling opportunities identification, customer satisfaction improvement, and business relationship enhancement.
