Job summary

Qualifications

• Red Seal or engineering qualification required, or 2+ years supervising trades in a unionized industrial setting.
• Ability to work legally in Canada.
• Experience supervising unionized trades in an industrial facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise unionized mill maintenance personnel and external contractors.
• Direct work to maximize safety, quality, and productivity while minimizing downtime.
• Coordinate routine and preventative maintenance with tradespersons.
• Collaborate with operating departments and planners to complete maintenance tasks.
• Coach and mentor employees with feedback and observation.
