Job summary

Grand River Personnel Limited, on behalf of our client, seeks a Maintenance Manager with 5–10 years in industrial manufacturing to lead a maintenance team and drive reliability on site in Canada. Candidates must be licensed Millwright or Maintenance Technician; union experience is required.

The role reports to the Plant Manager and emphasizes preventive maintenance, capital projects, and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Millwright license is an asset.
• Experience leading a unionized manufacturing team is required.
• Strong troubleshooting of industrial equipment and production systems.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee equipment reliability and maintenance planning.
