Lead market engagement, drive key account growth, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality project outcomes across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered Professional Engineer with APEGA or eligible for Alberta registration (P.Eng. preferred).
• CAPM or PMP designation is an asset.
• 15+ years of mechanical building systems design with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with AutoCAD and BIM (Revit) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead market development and key account initiatives for the M&E practice.
• Coordinate and lead proposals ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Act as Project Manager, Discipline Lead, or Design Engineer on diverse projects.
• Mentor engineers and designers; recruit and onboard new team members.
• Collaborate nationally to share best practices and set standards.
