Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10-15+ years in commercial, contract, or project controls roles within engineering, construction, or professional services.
• Expert knowledge of contract forms (CCDC, FIDIC, EPC, PPP/P3).
• Strong financial analysis and forecasting capability.
• Proven experience managing commercial risk and complex claims.

Responsibilities

• Contract management, negotiation, and change control to support targets.
• Oversee claims, disputes, and documentation of entitlements.
• Primary commercial interface with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
