Job summary

Tower Engineering Group is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer for our Winnipeg office. This senior role blends technical leadership with mentorship, guiding engineers, designers, technologists, and drafts staff while coordinating workloads and ensuring technical quality.

The successful candidate will mentor others, provide technical direction, and help staff develop their skills and confidence while leading mechanical design projects through all stages.

Qualifications

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering and registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, designers, technologists, and drafting staff.
• Provide senior technical guidance for the design and delivery of building mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, building services).
• Lead mechanical projects from concept through design, tender, construction and completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
