Ideal candidates have 10–20 years of experience, a Mechanical Engineering degree, and P.Eng registration. The position emphasizes safety, QA/QC, and strong client relationships, with hybrid work culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and professional registration as a P.Eng.
• 10 to 20 years of progressive experience in heavy industrial projects and building mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical engineering deliverables to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Lead business development initiatives for Western Canada Mechanical Engineering group.
• Build and maintain client relationships to support growth.
• Oversee QA/QC processes and provide technical support during construction.
• Mentor staff and provide guidance on design and project execution.
