Job summary

City of Toronto seeks a Senior Business & Systems Analyst BS&R (Maximo Manage) to maintain, customize, and support the Work Management System. Based at Metro Hall, 55 John Street in Toronto, you will configure Maximo, troubleshoot issues, and lead business requirement sessions with stakeholders.

• Extensive configuration knowledge and application support experience for IBM Maximo Manage.
• Experience delivering large projects in production support environments.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and develop specifications.
• Experience with testing, rollout, and documentation for Maximo projects.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
