Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Mask Layout Design Engineer to join our dynamic teams in a cross-functional environment focused on high-speed mixed-signal circuit designs. You will perform physical layout for PLLs, high-speed SerDes, and ADCs using Cadence tools, and collaborate with ASIC and mixed-signal engineers for integration in VLSI products.

You should have a BSEE or equivalent with 7+ years in mask/layout, deep analog layout knowledge in submicron CMOS, and proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso

Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years proven experience in Mask and Layout Design.
• Deep understanding of analog layout concepts in submicron CMOS technologies.
• Cadence tools proficiency, especially Virtuoso.
• Experience with verification tools such as Dracula, Hercules, Calibre, PrimeYield.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical layout for mixed-signal functions (PLLs, high-speed SerDes, ADCs) in sub-micron CMOS.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with ASIC and mixed-signal engineers for integration in VLSI products.
• Participate in floor planning, custom layout, and verification against design rules and schematics.
