Job summary

LanceDB is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to design and run the systems that turn marketing into measurable pipeline. You will own the marketing tech stack, data flows, and reporting, partnering with RevOps to align the CRM and revenue process.

You’ll build open-source lead programs, manage events, and drive attribution and dashboards while keeping data clean. A fast-moving startup environment rewards hands-on builders who ship fast.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in marketing operations at B2B technology companies.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, SFDC) and marketing automation workflows.
• Proficient in data modeling, reporting, and attribution.
• Familiarity with PLG, open-source signals, or AI-driven marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing systems including HubSpot, enrichment tools, ads, web analytics, and events.
• Build and run lead management: capture, enrichment, routing, lifecycle stages, and scoring.
• Own end-to-end event lead flow: registration, scans, enrichment, routing, SLA.
• Build open-source qualified leads program with Product, Eng, and Marketing.
• Contribute to attribution and dashboards showing pipeline by channel and account.
• Maintain data hygiene, governance, deduplication, and enrichment.
• Run campaign operations: forms, landing pages, emails, registrations, flagship events.
• Support weekly funnel reporting and quarterly planning; manage budgets.
• Partner with Revenue Marketing on ABM infrastructure and program measurement.
• Proactively implement AI-driven improvements to workflows and reporting.
