Job summary

Vicwest Inc. is hiring a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and bridge strategy with sales execution across Canada and the U.S.

You will coordinate multiple priorities, drive projects from concept through completion, and support sales enablement, events, dealer and retail marketing, product launches and digital campaigns. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Operations and external partners to deliver content, campaigns and day-to-day marketing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketing, sales enablement, product marketing or related field.
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of B2B and/or channel marketing.
• Experience developing sales enablement and marketing collateral.
• Experience supporting product launches and integrated campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and email marketing.

As the Sales & Marketing Specialist, you’ll join our Marketing team and play a key role in connecting marketing strategy with sales execution.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, collaborative and hands‑on marketer who is an outstanding project manager and understands that great marketing doesn’t stop at generating awareness. It needs to give Sales the tools, content, and information they need to win.

Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Operations, Product Compliance, Supply Chain Management and external partners, you will support sales enablement, tradeshows and events, dealer and retail marketing, product launches, digital campaigns, content development and day‑to‑day marketing initiatives across Canada and the U.S.

The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating projects from concept through execution, and working with both creative and commercial teams

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, product marketing, channel marketing or a related field.
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of B2B and/or channel marketing.
• Experience developing sales enablement and marketing collateral.
• Experience supporting product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with Sales, Product, Operations and other cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, email marketing and website content management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. CRM and HubSpot (or other marketing automation platforms is an asset)
• Experience in building products, manufacturing, construction, retail or another B2B environment is an asset.
• Bilingualism in French and English would be an asset.
