Job summary

PURE Casino Entertainment is seeking a Corporate Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day marketing operations across seven Alberta properties from the Corporate Office. You will drive integrated campaigns, digital initiatives and player communications, ensuring brand alignment and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with property leaders to execute programs, coordinate agencies, and report on campaign performance while supporting iGaming initiatives and cross-channel integration.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration is preferred.
• Minimum of three years of progressive marketing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience coordinating employees or leading complex projects is preferred.
• Casino, gaming, hospitality or multi-location marketing experience is an asset.
• Experience with advertising, promotions, events, digital marketing and CRM marketing is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign, customer and financial data.
• Attention to detail and high level of professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing and analytics platforms.
• Ability to travel regularly within Alberta and work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain required registrations or security clearances for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to corporate marketing team and sets priorities.
• Oversees execution of marketing initiatives including social media, creative, websites and campaigns.
• Collaborates with site leadership to communicate programs and ensure consistent execution.
• Supports marketing initiatives for the iGaming platform and aligns online and land-based activities.
• Ensures marketing materials comply with brand standards and approvals.
• Coordinates external agencies, media partners, suppliers and vendors.
• Prepares marketing and campaign performance reports and identifies opportunities to improve guest engagement.
• Works with Operations, Finance, IT, HR and Compliance to support initiatives.
• Monitors market conditions and industry trends in marketing and hospitality.
• Travels to PURE properties as required and supports events during evenings and weekends.
• Maintains confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
