Job summary

Lahal Casino Management is seeking a creative marketing professional to drive site-level promotions, campaigns and content across River Rock, Casino Vancouver, Chances Maple Ridge and other properties. The role emphasizes events, digital marketing, social media, and guest-centric storytelling in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will collaborate with operations, sales, theatre, and hotel teams; manage calendars, assets, and brand voice while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business administration or suitable mix.
• Minimum 3 years marketing experience; gaming/hospitality asset.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Experience planning and executing events and promotional campaigns.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress.
• Familiar with email marketing platforms and digital asset management tools.
• Experience across social media channels; Hootsuite is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills; reliable transportation; travel flexibility.
• Serving It Right certificate and Gaming License eligibility are required.

Responsibilities

• Creates, coordinates and executes promotions and events at the site level.
• Executes F&B marketing campaigns including seasonal menu changes and restaurant promotions.
• Assists in content calendar development and social media updates for casino and hospitality.
• Contributes to website content, email marketing and digital signage.
• Educates site on promotions to maximize awareness and participation.
• Maintains marketing collateral at the site level (digital and static).
• Works with operations on analytics and recap reports of marketing activities.
• Drafts promotional guidelines and briefs for campaigns.
• Coordinates creative with designers for direct and email marketing, events on/off site.
• Develops strategies to leverage loyalty programs and Encore/VIP programs.
• Provides onsite hosting and support for major promotions and live events.
• Liaises with operations, sales, theatre, hotel and senior leadership on marketing initiatives.
• Builds relationships with guests, vendors and regulators; ensures licensing compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
