Job summary

Obakki is a purpose-driven home goods and lifestyle company. We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own day-to-day marketing execution across channels, lead the marketing team, and translate strategy into cohesive campaigns and campaigns calendars.

The ideal candidate drives GTM planning, manages agencies and internal teams, and collaborates with ecommerce, operations and creative to align product launches with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, with at least 2+ years in people management.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and GTM planning.
• Strong understanding of channel strategy across email, social, editorial and paid media.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, agencies and workflows.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the marketing team, including named managers.
• Run weekly 1:1s, team meetings, and planning sessions.
• Coach and develop team members and performance.
• Foster a collaborative, organized and high-performing marketing culture.
• Own the marketing GTM calendar and campaign planning across channels.
• Partner with ecommerce, operations, and creative teams to align priorities.
• Oversee channel strategy and execution across email, social, editorial and paid media.
• Define channel KPIs and performance targets and review performance.
