What You’ll Do
  • Refine brand strategy and positioning, crafting compelling value propositions and narratives across web, social media, and events.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital and social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, paid social, SEO/SEM) to increase qualified leads and engagement.
  • Lead content creation by managing the editorial calendar, overseeing thought-leadership assets (articles, videos, podcasts), and collaborating with writers, designers, and freelancers.
  • Track KPIs, analyze marketing data, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Manage launches and campaigns, including recruitment events, webinars, and global virtual/in-person events to convert audience interest into purpose-led engagement.
  • Collaborate with our global community to maintain brand consistency and ensure a seamless client journey.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management, brand strategy, or digital growth, preferably supporting success education and personal growth brands or products.
  • Proven success in scaling social-first campaigns, building marketing funnels, and optimizing paid and organic channels.
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech stacks such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Adobe, and AI-powered content tools.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into compelling storytelling.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of coaching executives on brand voice and thought leadership.
  • A passion for continuous learning and human-centered growth, including leadership and growth mindset principles.
