Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate marketing professional with expertise in social media advertising, particularly LinkedIn, to join our new specialized consultancy within Directive. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative strategies for B2B clients, leveraging LinkedIn's full potential to reach and engage target audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee multiple social media accounts
  • Support and communicate directly with clients
  • Coordinate with vendors and operational partners weekly
  • Develop quarterly strategies for clients
  • Manage budgets for paid media campaigns
  • Support internal marketing efforts within our boutique agency
  • Understand and articulate client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Ensure lead routing accuracy within CRM systems
  • Maintain personal productivity and utilization
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet goals
  • Implement and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting and targeting
Qualifications
  • 4+ years experience in a performance/digital marketing agency, preferably B2B
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising, especially LinkedIn Ads
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn ad units like conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc.
  • Proficiency with advertising tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel
  • Experience with audience segmentation and success measurement
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Excellent storytelling with data and strategic communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and delegate effectively
  • Willingness to travel approximately once per year as needed
