The opportunity

We have a career opportunity for a bilingual Cybersecurity Professional in our Technology Risk team to participate in multiple client engagement activities. You will identify and develop cybersecurity opportunities, focusing on assessments, and lead cybersecurity client engagements.

Your role will require deep cybersecurity proficiency, practical experience in assessments and incident response, and establishing relationships internally and externally.

Your key responsibilities:
Client Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities within the Canadian market.
  • Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
  • Demonstrate technical capabilities and a curiosity to learn.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity developments, threats, and industry trends.
  • Manage project budgets, delivery, and performance to meet objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams.
  • Offer insights through analysis and best practices to solve complex problems.
  • Achieve performance objectives related to client service, quality, risk management, and business growth.
People Responsibilities
  • Contribute to staff development, coaching, recruitment, and retention.
  • Maintain ongoing personal skills development.
  • Follow workplace policies and procedures.
Desired qualifications include:
  • Fluency in French and English, as interaction with international clients is involved.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, threats, compliance frameworks, and incident response.
  • CISSP certification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working independently or in teams on complex cybersecurity projects.
  • Degree in Information Security, Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity services such as assessments, response, network security, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, governance, risk and compliance, security architecture, data protection, privacy, awareness, and cloud security.
  • Security clearance is preferred.
