  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and booking details in the CRM/event management system to ensure seamless handoff to Event Management.
  • Analyze post-event feedback and performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure a smooth transition from sales to event delivery, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and local economic conditions to inform sales strategies and strengthen CTCC’s market position.
  • Assist other market segments as needed, adapting sales approaches to maximize opportunities across multiple business sectors.
  • Travel as required for client meetings, business development, and industry events to promote CTCC and Calgary as a top-tier destination.
