Job Description

INTRODUCTION:
We are a fast-growing global SaaS company seeking a strategic and hands-on Global People Operations Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. As we continue to expand globally, this remote role will play a critical leadership role in shaping and scaling our People Operations programs.
Reporting to the Director of People Operations in the U.S., you will collaborate with a global team based in the US, Canada, Brazil, Ireland, UK, and India. Your focus will be on leading Talent Management and Compensation programs and enhancing employee experiences, driving digital transformation, and ensuring excellence in key People Operations functions. This is a unique opportunity to influence and execute innovative, automated, and AI-powered processes while supporting our global workforce.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Drive digital transformation within People Operations, implementing automated and AI-powered processes to improve efficiency and scalability for Talent Management and Compensation.
  • Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation strategies aligned with the company’s compensation philosophy and market trends.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure compensation program(s) remain competitive and equitable.
  • Manage annual compensation planning processes, including salary reviews, bonus and incentive programs.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to leaders on compensation issues, including pay equity and market competitiveness.
  • Utilize HR data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in Talent Management and Compensation.
  • Lead talent and succession planning efforts, working with leadership to identify and develop top talent across the organization.
  • Design and execute Learning & Development (L&D) programs to support employee growth, leadership development, and skill-building.
  • Ensure compliance with global employment laws, policies, and regulations while maintaining a focus on employee experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on People Operations programs, policies, and initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
  • 10+ years of experience in People Operations, with demonstrated expertise in multiple HR domains.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in global People Operations, including Talent Planning, L&D, Compensation, and Rewards and Recognition.
  • Proficiency with Workday HRIS and other HR technologies.
  • Strong skills in critical thinking and problem-solving, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global programs and collaborate with diverse, cross-regional teams.
  • Proven track record of implementing digital transformation initiatives in HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Knowledge of global employment laws and compliance standards.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in Canada and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada based candidates for this position is $100,000 -- $120,000 CAD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
