What will your typical day look like?

We are seeking a Product Manager who will lead and work as part of a cross-functional agile team to launch innovative finance products. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that the products are developed and delivered effectively to achieve specific business objectives.

• Define product vision and strategy by translating business needs and challenges into a clear vision for respective finance technology product/program.
• Develop product roadmap and prioritize features based on their impact and feasibility.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, directly managing projects and delivery teams through design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about advancements within respective product.
• Track and analyze product performance, monitoring key metrics related to product usage and impact.
• Communicate product value propositions and technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required:

• 8+ years of experience with a focus in product or program management, preferably within Finance Operations, financial technology, IT, or systems.
• Proven recent experience in leading and delivering technical products and/or programs to production.
• Experience creating a variety of documents, process maps, dashboards, and presentations suitable for technical, business and executive audiences using a variety of tools.
• Experience with collaborating and leading third party development teams.
• Ability to communicate complex system concepts to a business audience in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
• SAP and API Integration experience preferred.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
