The Senior Manager, PCG Training & Development will lead strategy, design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of PCG training across the branch network, ensuring advisors and staff receive actionable, timely learning on core processes, regulatory changes, and onboarding requirements. Qualifications

• 7+ years in Learning & Development, training, ops enablement, change mgmt or related field.
• Experience leading enterprise or branch-facing training programs from needs assessment to ROI.
• Knowledge of advisor, sales assistant, branch administration, and operational processes in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Set PCG training strategy and roadmap aligned with branch needs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead design, development, maintenance, and improvement of training programs.
• Partner with PM and Technology to develop CRM training and improve Dynamics CRM adoption.
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities to enhance learning, including knowledge retrieval and personalized pathways.
• Plan and deliver in-person, virtual, and blended training across Canada.
