Job summary

The role requires a university degree in social sciences or public administration and 5–7 years of management experience in social programs, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in Social Science, Public Administration or related field.
• Five to seven years of progressive management experience in social programs.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for Coordinated Access, HMIS, and housing stability programs.
• Oversee contracts, budgets and program delivery funded by municipal, provincial and federal governments.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community, housing and homelessness stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff; monitor performance and provide HR support.
