Job summary

WoodGreen Community Services is seeking a Senior Manager, Housing Development in Toronto to lead affordable and mixed‑income housing projects from feasibility through delivery. Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in real estate development, acquisitions, investment, development finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience building and interpreting complex real estate financial models and development pro formas, leading complex multi-party development projects.
• Experience with government housing programs, CMHC financing or funding, municipal approvals, procurement, and compliance reporting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead affordable, supportive and mixed-income housing projects from feasibility to close-out.
• Develop and maintain real estate development proformas and financial models.
• Coordinate with Finance, Housing Operations, Legal, and external partners to ensure financial viability and project success.

Education
