Job summary

RBC is seeking a Manager, Digital Product Analytics to help our digital teams understand the customer acquisition journey across digital and physical channels. You will deliver reports, dashboards, and analyses, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain data quality and integrity.

You will lead end-to-end development of Tableau and QuickSight reports, tell data-driven stories about the client journey, and continuously improve analytics processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analytics or related roles in a large organization.
• Hands-on experience with Spark, Scala, or PySpark.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into technical specifications and deliver new reports, dashboards and analyses.
• Tell narratives from web and mobile data to explain the client acquisition journey.
• Own end-to-end development of new Tableau and QuickSight reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain and optimize existing reporting solutions.
• Ensure data quality through analytics tagging and server-side tracking with cross-functional teams.
• Manage competing priorities and timelines across initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics processes and tools.
