Job summary

RBCx Analytics is expanding its team in Toronto, Canada, to connect core business goals with data-driven decision-making. This role will monitor portfolio performance across segments such as Mydoh, generate regular reports, and deliver tailored analyses to support strategic priorities.

You will partner with RBCx and RBC teams to drive value through data insights and effective storytelling. The position is hybrid, requiring 3–4 days in the office per week, with opportunities to influence senior

Qualifications

2+ years in an analytical function (e.g. Business Analytics, Consulting).
2+ years of SQL for analyses and reporting, with experience in predictive analytics (R, Python).
Experience with large-scale relational databases and statistical tools.

Responsibilities

Translate analytics into measurable business results through data-driven decisions.
Monitor portfolio performance across segments and report health, trends, and KPIs.
Deliver tailored analyses and dashboards addressing business priorities and competitive advantage.
Build lasting stakeholder relationships and collaborate with RBCx and partners to achieve results.
Design analyses using frameworks, segmentation, and modeling to provide value.
Communicate insights clearly to influence senior leadership decisions.
