About the team you are joining

The IATA Operational SafetyAudit (IOSA) Program Office is responsible for the implementation, delivery,and continuous evolution of the IOSA Program worldwide.

We seek a Senior Manager, Auditor Management and Training, to manage theauditor management and training strategy of the IOSA program. The SeniorManager will report to the Head, IOSA.

What your day would be like

• You will be responsible foroverseeing a comprehensive IOSA auditor management and training program with responsibilitiesthat include:
• Auditor planning to ensure IOSA auditor pool,across all disciplines, meet needs of an expanding IOSA program.
• Recruitment and onboarding of auditors managed to deliver ontimelines that meet program demands.
• Auditor performance management to ensure program maintains, andgrows, reputation as industry gold standard in safety auditing.
• Development and delivery of initial, andrecurrent, auditor training programs based on industry best practice toensure all auditors remain current with required qualifications.
• Continuously improve the IOSA trainingproposition to ensure auditor competencies remain current with latestprogram developments.
• Support activities to grow the program acrossthe global airline industry.
  Develop and deliver commercial trainingaddressing industry stakeholders such as airlines, as needed.

We would love to hear from you if

• 7 years’ experience within regulated,safety-critical industry, with preference given to those with operational airlineexperience relating to Flight Operations, Ground Handling, QualityAssurance, Safety.
• Demonstrated experience of managing a pool of experts,such as auditors, with experience as IOSA or ISAGO auditor and/orinstructor an advantage.
• Proven experience of delivering training bothin a classroom environment and virtually.
• Excellent communication/presentationskills/stage presence.
• Excellent English Language skills: otherlanguages would be an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and MS Officeproficiency.
• Project management knowledge/experience abenefit.
